Why would I want to pay a wood restoration expert twice that of a painter to re-finish my home? My client (picture on left) had their 20 year old cedar home for sale over 24 weeks, with few offers, within 10 days after re-finishing it was sold. The after picture (top of page) is taken 2 years after my initial restoration. If you were to have an application of paint or semi transparent stain applied to your natural wood it could hamper the sale, and decrease the value of your home, that fits so comfortably into the beautiful Colorado scenery.
